Our meetings take place in the Church Hall and start at 7.30pm. We normally hear a short message from the Bible before we pray and tend to finish at 8.45pm. During the winter months we support the work of the North Yorkshire Bible Rallies and so there is no meeting on the second Thursday of October - June.

Everyone is welcome to join us in prayer.

Please note that there will be no Prayer Meeting at the church this week (14^th May).  Instead you are invited to join with us at the North Yorkshire Bible Rally, which will take place at Northallerton Evangelical Church at 7.45pm.

The group meets on Friday evenings during term-time between and 6.15 - 7.15pm, in the Church Hall. This group is run voluntarily by people from the church who have all been DBS checked.

We begin with a game and then the children split into groups and rotate around three activities – running around games, a craft activity, and a Christian story. When the children have done all three everyone meets back in the hall for a drink, biscuit and any notices etc before going home. We try to provide an environment which is fun yet safe and are pleased that many of the children who come have been attending for a number of years.

This is a wonderfully welcoming group where your children can make friends and have fun in a safe and friendly place.

We welcome pre-school children and their carers, and it's only 50p per family for each session.

This group is run voluntarily by members of the church who have all been DBS checked. We begin the meeting with free play which includes a craft activity. Just before 11, we have a short optional Christian story in a different room and then we all meet for a little together time. This is when we encourage the children to sit together, sing a few choruses, celebrate any birthdays, listen to any news and have a drink and biscuit.

We see the group as a stepping stone before nursery and it is a great way for you to meet friends and help your toddler to learn how to play with others in a safe environment. It has been lovely to stay in touch with some carers after the children have left the group, and at Twinkling Stars you will find a very warm welcome.

There is currently a waiting list for the Twinkling Stars Toddler Group.  Please contact us if you would like to be added to it or want any further details.

It is held on the second Tuesday of the month (not in August) and begins at 12.15pm.  A cooked meal is provided free of charge, and is followed by a short Christian message. 

The next Lunch and Listen meeting will be on the 12^th May.

Every Monday morning from 9 -11am our Church Hall is open to welcome you. Why not pop in for a chat, or just to have a break from the stresses of daily living.
